After a sold-out first supper club, we return on 14th December with a menu steeped in memory and nostalgia. Chef Arsh Thakur and Chef Himanshu Verma (Annabel’s) come together to revisit the Rajasthan they love - the slow heat of Laal Maas, the comfort of Gatta Curry, and the festival sweetness of Ghewar. These are flavours shaped in home kitchens, carried through generations, and brought to Soho for one special night.
What unfolds is a menu that feels handwritten by time – Dal – Batti - Churma like it’s made in village courtyards, Khaman and Dhokla recalling festive spreads, and Laal Maas cooked with the unmistakable fire of Mathania chillies. This is more than collaboration; it’s two chefs tracing their roots, honouring their stories, and inviting London to taste food from the city they love!

Smoky. Juicy. Awadhi. The Kebabs That Carry BKC’s Flame!
Charcoal-kissed, spice-soaked, and crafted with the patience that Awadhi kebabs demand - our grills are where heritage meets heat. From melt-in-the-mouth Galouti to succulent Burrah chops, from garlic - rich Murgh Lasooni to hand-rolled Seekh Kebabs, each one is marinated slow and cooked over open flame or tandoor for that unmistakable BKC smokiness
Rooted in the royal kitchens of Lucknow and perfected under our chefs, these kebabs are more than starters - they’re BKC’s signature ritual. Spiced by hand, grilled with care, and served with chutney and soft Roomali Roti, they are the soul of our table.

Kacchi Biryani - A Symphony of Spice, Slow-Cooked in Tradition First Chapter of Biryani Diaries - From Dhaka, With Love
Unlike its cooked-meat cousins, the Kacchi Biryani begins with raw, marinated lamb - infused with yogurt, nutmeg, mace, long green chillies, and browned onions - layered with fragrant rice, saffron, and ghee before being sealed and slow-cooked on dum. Every grain absorbs the marinade, every bite carries depth, warmth, and bold aroma.
A legacy from Dhaka’s wedding feasts and festival tables, this biryani is unctuous, celebratory, and unapologetically rich - made with care, tradition, and trust in time. Now at BKC, it’s our tribute to the kind of biryani that lingers in memory long after the last grain.

From Chowk to Curry - The Secrets of Our Masala Box Spices That Carry the Soul of Lucknow
In the heart of Lucknow’s bustling Chowk bazaar, generations have traded in scent, flavour, and memory. At BKC, we carry that tradition forward with our Masala Box - filled with hand-pounded garam masalas, ittar-scented blends, and single-origin spices that define every dish we serve.
From the smoked saffron in our biryani to the mustard-kissed rub on our kebabs, this isn’t just seasoning - it’s a spice route from India to your plate in London. Each dabba holds a story. Each pinch, a passport.

We began our global biryani trail with a dish that feels both distant and deeply familiar - the legendary Kacchi Biryani of Bangladesh. Cooked with raw marinated lamb, nestled beneath fragrant rice, it’s sealed and slow-cooked on dum - a process that draws flavour from within, not added later.
Much like our Awadhi biryanis, it celebrates patience, layering, and that unmistakable aroma of ghee, saffron and spice. The difference? Where Awadh lays cooked meat, Dhaka begins from the raw - yet both traditions stir the same emotion. A biryani born across the border, bonded in technique and soul.
