Available every weekend from Friday to Sunday, this special is prepared in limited batches, celebrating the refined and delicate biryani tradition that originated from the royal Awadhi kitchens and found its own identity in Kolkata.
Fragrant basmati rice is layered with tender chicken on the bone, golden potatoes, and boiled eggs, then slow-cooked using the traditional dum technique. 🥔
Sealed and patiently cooked, the spices, saffron, and ghee gently infuse every layer, creating a light, aromatic, and comforting biryani that reflects the timeless elegance of Kolkata’s culinary heritage.
