As the London weekend settles into a slower rhythm, the aromas of old Bombay rise from our kitchen, saffron blooming in warm rice, charcoal-kissed kebabs fresh from the grill, and spiced chai gently simmering in copper pots. Join us every weekend for our Bombay Biryani Special, a celebration of the Awadhi culinary heritage that travelled from the royal kitchens of Lucknow to the bustling streets of Bombay. Each biryani is prepared using the traditional dum method, where fragrant basmati rice, delicate spices, and tender meats are sealed and slow-cooked to create layers of flavour that unfold with every spoonful.
