At BKC London, our Veg Biryani + Chai Combo brings together two quintessential Indian comforts in one satisfying experience. The Subz Dum Biryani is a celebration of fragrant Basmati rice and fresh, locally sourced vegetables, slow-cooked with saffron, rose water, and Kewra to create layers of delicate, aromatic flavour.
