Our team is signing off for two days - 5th & 6th January - for our annual party and a well-earned moment of rest. A little time to celebrate together, recharge, and remind ourselves why the joy behind the scenes matters just as much as the joy at the table.
We’ll see you on the other side - refreshed, smiling, and ready to welcome you back with the warmth that defines us. Because at BKC London, hospitality always comes from a happy kitchen and a cared-for team.

Biryani by the Kilo - For Takeaway, the Thoughtful Way
Some celebrations are meant to travel home. Biryani by the Kilo at BKC is crafted for sharing - generous, slow-cooked, and packed with flavour - made especially for takeaway moments with family and loved ones.
Cooked on dum and packed in traditional handis, it’s a more sustainable way to enjoy a feast together - fewer packs, less waste, and food that feels just as special at home as it does at the table.

The start of the year calls for celebration - not rushed, not loud, but shared. With family, with loved ones, with food that invites conversation and lingers long after the last bite. At BKC, the table has always been a place for togetherness, warmth, and stories carried across generations.
From slow-cooked dum biryanis to hand-pounded kebabs and comforting chai, every dish is made to be shared - generously, thoughtfully, and with heart. Come mark new beginnings the way they’re meant to be marked: around the table.
This year was nothing short of transformational for us - a year where BKC grew, celebrated, experimented and stayed true to the flavours and values we believe in. From hosting our first Holi party, stepping boldly into catering for weddings and events, creating our own Durga Puja pandals, and partnering with South Downs National Park for a sustainability-driven future, every moment shaped who we are becoming.
We travelled across India with the Biryani Bharat Yatra, welcomed weekends with Bottomless Brunch x Kingfisher, lit up London on Thursdays with our Kebab Nights, and launched Biryani Diaries, telling stories of biryani through cultures across the world. We hosted deeply personal Supper Clubs with Sohini and Chef Himanshu, rolled out our very own BKC App, expanded into a dark kitchen, and the love we received led us to expand BKC Soho to welcome even more guests through our doors
This was the year we built the foundation for BKC 100 - and the journey from here only gets more exciting.

New Year’s Eve calls for warmth before the countdown. For flavours that ground you before the night runs wild. At BKC, we stay open late - welcoming you to close the year with food shaped by patience, history, and soul.
Inspired by Awadh - modern-day Lucknow, the gastronomical capital of India - our dum biryanis, hand-pounded kebabs, and slow-brewed chai are made for lingering moments before midnight. Let this be your final stop of the year, where spice meets celebration and the table does the talking.

With the Festive Season Over Us, We Have Your Meal Sorted!
No one wants to cook right now - and that’s exactly why BKC takeaways are perfect for these cosy, tired, post-Christmas days. Whether you live near Tottenham Court Road, Edgware Road, Marble Arch, Soho or anywhere across Central London, a hot box of biryani, kebabs or curry from BKC is never more than a tap away.
Order from the BKC App or Deliveroo or Uber Eats, settle into your sofa, and let our slow-cooked flavours, fresh rotis and spice-rich gravies take care of the rest. It’s comfort without the effort, warmth without the kitchen, and the kind of food that never disappoints.
See the magic behind how we make our Murgh Lasooni Tikka - a kebab that begins long before it hits the charcoal. The chicken rests in a rich marinade of yoghurt, fresh garlic, cream and hand-pounded spices until it turns velvety and tender, absorbing every bit of flavour. Then, it meets the heat: flame, smoke, char and that unmistakable aroma that fills the BKC kitchen.
At BKC, this tikka isn’t just cooked - it’s crafted. Slow marination, patient grilling, and a final brush of butter that gives it its melt-in-the-mouth finish. It’s the kebab our guests return for, the one that defines the soul of our grill.
