December at BKC brought one of our most iconic celebrations to the table – the slow-cooked Lamb Raan, a centrepiece created for families, friends, and winter gatherings that called for something truly unforgettable. Prepared in the Awadhi tradition, the leg of lamb was marinated overnight, sealed with aromatic spices, and cooked low and slow until it achieved perfect, melt-in-the-mouth tenderness.

What arrived at the table was more than just a dish – it was an experience. A 2.5 kg Raan, rich with smokiness and layered masala, was served whole, inviting guests to carve, share, and savour it together. Comfortably feeding 3–4 people, it became the perfect showstopper for festive evenings, cosy dinners, and winter celebrations.
This was a dish people planned their evenings around, which made pre-booking essential.
