Homegrown Flavours. Shared Tables. Untold Stories.
The BKC Supper Club is an intimate dining series that celebrates India’s regional heritage through the voices of its home chefs and culinary storytellers. Each edition brings a new region to the spotlight – through recipes that rarely leave home, passed down through generations, and served with the warmth of memory and community.
For our debut edition, we welcome Sohini Banerjee, whose Kolkata kitchen is a story in itself. Her one-night-only Bengali feast reimagines nostalgia with artistry – from South Kolkata Phuchka and Mochar Chop to Kashundi Narkol Fish and Niramish Mangsho, closing with Makha Sondesh and Khejur Gurer Payesh.
Join us as BKC transforms into a space of storytelling and shared flavour – where every plate carries a piece of home, and every guest leaves with a new memory.
