BKC unveils its newest experience — the BKC Supper Club, a series that celebrates India’s regional voices through intimate, one-night dinners. Each edition invites a guest chef or home cook to share the recipes, rituals, and memories that rarely leave their kitchens — dishes born of nostalgia, perfected over time, and meant to be shared.
For the debut edition, Sohini Banerjee brings her Kolkata kitchen to Soho. A storyteller through food, Sohini is known for her soulful Bengali feasts that weave together heirloom recipes, spice-laden memories, and a touch of artistry. Her menu journeys through mustard oil, gondhoraj lime, and khejur gur — from South Kolkata Phuchka with Aloo Dum and Mochar Chop to Kashundi Narkol Fish, Niramish Mangsho, and the sweet finale of Makha Sondesh and Khejur Gurer Payesh.
