Begin with a chilled pour of Raw Mango Sharbat — smoky, tangy, and thrillingly sharp — the kind of drink that sparks memory and appetite. Then dive into the Kachori Chaat: a flaky pastry stuffed with sweet-hot onion masala, layered with potatoes, chutneys, yogurt, and fresh garnish — bold, messy, and utterly addictive. Your next course? A flame-kissed Kebab Platter. Choose the Non-Veg Trio — tender Malai Tikka, garlicky Lasooni Murgh, and robust Lamb Seekh — or the Veg Platter, with Nadru ke Galouti, Achari Paneer Tikka, and Bhutte ki Seekh, each one a star from the tandoor. For mains, surrender to the velvety Murgh Makhni or rich, home-style Paneer Lababdar, paired with a side of your choice — whether it’s the zesty Aloo Anardana, soulful Yellow Dal Tadka, or savoury Mushroom Harapyaz.
